The Skills Gap
American Manufacturing companies have discovered that prospective employees do not have the necessary skill set required to perform job functions for current available employment positions. Skilled technicians are approaching retirement age leaving over 600,000 jobs unfilled.
Rosedale Tech students graduate with the skills necessary to fill these positions and help bridge the skills gap.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
According to ASTRA the overall U.S. Science & Technology Workforce exceeded 7.4 million workers in 2012 and it will continue to grow significantly through 2018, to an estimated 8,654,000 STEM workers. 314,000 of these projected jobs will be in Pennsylvania and 274,000 in Ohio.
Rosedale Tech students receive hands on career training allowing them to transition into a STEM position.
The Energy Field
