Student Housing

Rosedale Technical College offers off-campus, fully furnished* housing for eligible incoming students.

The housing is located just 10 minutes away at:

Westpointe Apartments
2000 Westpointe Drive
Pittsburgh, PA 15205

Westpointe offers amenities such as:

• Outdoor pool
• Basketball and tennis courts
• On-site laundry facilities
• Storage space(s)
• Walking path to the mall

Eligible tenants must:

• Meet a distance requirement
• Be 18-24 years old
• Complete a roommate questionnaire

*Furnished apartments include bedroom furniture (twin bed, dresser, night stand), living room furniture (couch, chairs, coffee tables), kitchen table and chairs. Small appliances, televisions, and other furniture pieces are the responsibility of the tenant.
